Took the first load in the elky today. We couldent recycle because we were elky-less, but now that I got the cabby we loaded it up and made out with $45.75 :beer:

Wish i could find a market for empty brown bottles. Then I could probably retire to make more empty brown bottles. vicious cycle. What's a person to do? Oh well, I'll go make another empty brown bottle and think about it. Miller time somewhere.

No deposits here .... no need to take the stuff back to get my money back. We have curb side pickup. Not saying we have it better - my property taxes will say otherwise, but it's certainly nice not to deal with it.

we have a curbside pickup too but the city doesn't gives us money for it. the most i have ever made was about $50 and my elco was over flowing with bottles and cans lol havent been able to recyle in a while tho and have a pretty big pile outside, its gunna take a couple trips in my 4runner :let_it_all_out:i miss my elco

Wow the first dump truck El Camino. You know you could make a decent amount of money if you went to people home and said you give me $ bucks and I will take your trash to the dump for you. Not a bad gig to think about doing.
