has anyone used world heads that are in the jeggs catalog the price is nice just wondering if they are priced low for a reason.

I've used World Products heads and they are good heads the deal is getting what you need not just the cheapest item on the list.

Consider the Cam you want to use, its characteristics, lift / duration etc and the compression you would like to end up with then look for a set that fits those needs. World products makes different heads for different applications characteristics, RPM levels and hardware.

World products arguable makes the best blocks on the market today so they have to be good with the other pieces also.

World heads are good. My bro and i get a set for a 350 we were building. 64cc 2.02 1.60 valves with srpings up to 5.70. They were nice and good we had no problems. Defintly worth the money.

What kidan motor are you looking to put them on?

It's hard to beat those Vortec heads, I think the're more cost effective thab any other SBC head.
