I have this thing about liking to fix stuff myself, So upon emailing them to see if they had parts for my clock ( I was missing a set stem/gear and knob) they helped me figure out exactly what I needed and offered me a price I was willing to pay. And now I have a ticking clock in my dash that I can adjust when it falls behind in time. ( I had to take the case apart, and clean/lube the clock before it started working, but a clock with no set stem is no clock at all.)

It's great that you found the parts for it. I about wore mine out from re-setting it, and finally removed it to put three mini engine gauges in it's place (4th gen dash with idiot lights)
I believe there are after-market electronic upgrades for some of the old clocks.
