Has anyone rebuilt their washer pump yet?

If so, you got any pointers? I plan on doing mine soon.

I'll second that, just buy another one, rebuilding a plastic pump...... maybe 30 bucks is worth the headache...

The plastic piston gets too small and will need a type of gasket (custom manf) to maintain pressure. I just bought the replacement part, works great.
