Well if you never been to Carlisle there is a company called Axcelerated Motorsport (http://www.axceleratedmotorsports.com/Spotlight.cfm) and they do all the dyno testing at Carlisle. If we get a big enough group to want to dyno test we can get a discounted rate for us to all do it. Not sure price, but if I or kenrogers get enough people who would want to do it replay and let us know. Then when the event get closer I or kenrogers will let them know how many people will be willing to do it from are ECC group and I will let you all know the price.

I'd be up for that Dyno run. Always wanted to know how many ponies at the rear end anyhow.:You_Rock:

Since I live close to the company who does the dyno testing I just wanted to know if anyone would be interested in a group testing at the Carlisle EL Camino meet? Let me know ASAP so I can see how much it will cost and book us up. I need to know a number so I can tell them how many to expect. Even if your EL Camino is stock you can still participate in a Dyno testing to see how many HP your stock EL Camino is..

The negotiated price last year, for group testing with a minimum of 5, was $70.00 per cruck.........Ken

I really don't think that price is bad. Those folks don't work for nothing, and I would think the set-up isn't a five minute job either.

I would do it, but so far no one is interested.

$70 is not expensive at all. It's a bit early for some to decide so wait a little while and see if you can get sign ups about a month before. If not, negotiate a price for 5 vehicles with the guy and then see if you can get the five once everyone is at Carlisle. If not enough sign up on Friday and Saturday, no biggie, at least you tried.

Even at $100 (usually 2 to three pulls) isn't bad.
Never been to a show with a Dyno that didn't have
a line waiting. You get a hundred Participants at the
Show, figure 10 percent will probably Dyno, Not to mention
those that aren't showing, but are just curious about their
Mothers or Daddies Station Wagon that's in the Parking lot.
UNLESS the Dyno is closed to only Registered Participants.
