Gentlemen

There will be a Chevelle/El Camino Show & Shine this May, in Castle Rock CO.

I know it's not just for El Camino's, but we have to share and
play nice with others.

The Show & Shine is sponsored By The Rocky Mountain Chevelle Club
and Medved Chevrolet.

Check our web site (www.chevelles.net/rmcc) for more information.

Nice to see you folks from the Rocky Mountains showing up here at El Camino Central! By my informal reckoning, we have at least 50 members in your region, mostly in Colorado.

NECOA is looking for someone to become our Regional Director in Region 16, which covers Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah. Please read the following message which we posted a few months back for details.

http://elcaminocentral.com/article-138-thread-1-0.html

If anyone is interested in this position, please contact me at

judgeharris@comcast.net

As a first step, however, all of you who have made a posting to this thread and are interested in getting together for a meet-and-greet, or a cruise night, should update your member's profile here on ECC. Please go to that page and enter in your state and town, so others will know where you are, and then add your email address to the profile so other members can contact you directly to discuss getting together. Believe me, it's a lot of fun seeing over a dozen Elky's in one place! So, how about it???

I just notice you guys talking about the 1970 with the 454 so I thought I would throw this in just in case someone was looking for one. Cruz Auto Sales (Layton, Utah) has the 70 SS Elky, looks preety good. He is pretty proud of it, he is asking $12,000. He said it came from Texas, a G.I. here at the base traded it in. I didn't match the numbers to make sure it is a SS and is supposed to have the 454 in it but I could if someone was interested. By the way, Bulletman, I see you made your move to Sunset, Utah. Did you have any luck putting a meet together for Region 16 in 2004? If not, what do you have planned for after the New Year? Looking forward to your response.
