Power Plus Cyclone Intake Manifold #52001

This Intake manifold works great and bolted up nicely to my 76 with a 350. This product immediately caught my eye while i was browsing ebay becuase of it's amazingly low price (got mine for around $100) I was looking for a cheap way to change over from a two barrel to four barrel carburetor, and this intake manifold came with the adapter to fit both square bore and spread bore carbs. Sounded like a great deal for someone looking to go the economic route. Installation was a breeze (i'm in highschool and i managed it, this was my first time installing an intake too) No leaks to be found yet, and i just started it up yesterday. I thought i was going to have to buy something to plug the choke tube hole becuase i have an electric choke, but i looked in the box one more time and found the block off i needed... that made me happy. The lightweight of the aluminum made installation easier and took a load off my engine.

Pros: Cheap price, easy to install, car runs a whole lot better

Cons: May have to remove a few burrs around the where the carburetor mounts (easy to do with a file or roto-router)

Out of five stars: 4 1/2

I also installed a new power plus polished typhoon high rise intake it was easy to install and real good quality and my engine works the same or better than it did with the edelbrock that i took off.and you can't beat there price and i love the polished look and its easy to keep clean.

Yes, i looked at the typhoon but my stock engine didnt really fit the RPM ranges.. or at least so i thought, I like to keep it a little conservative and i was running low on money at the time. Still am actually :-)
