Leaks can be a pain.1st place would be the bed,the cover over the smugglers stash leaks quite often.Next would be the rear window.Don't forget the door seals, they get old and leak.....Also Behind the door panels should be a water proof covering, rain coming in the door around the glass felts could leak in there.Or there could be a hole in the floor and when you drive it forces the rain in.
:D Or the person in the passenger seat could be wetting them selves because of your driving.....

Right? I have been waterproofing my car since I got it...It was coming in all sorts of places, most of which were mentioned except the weld seal on the back wall. You can kind of reach it from the inside if you pull out the smuggler's box to get into the space between the bed and the interior. I am going to try one last wide strip of butyl rubber sealant from the interior wall side (not from in the inbetween side) before I give up and do it right - work on the window, where it gets in in the first place. Now most of it runs down out a drain hole. And the two I drilled in the floor pans low point until I get all leaks sealed.

I hear you man, I am anxious to get a decent stereo in mine too.

Mine leaks also. I have pin-pointed one obvious place where it leaks, the other, I am not sure, but is still obvious.

First under the rear window. The back wall of the car, between the cab and the bed, must not have been properly sealed or had rust there by the rear window and water comes in that way. So far I have done nothing about it.

Second is where the Blower Motor, Blower Motor Relay and some A/C wires travel through the firewall into the interior. There is a rubber piece that fits into the hole to allow for wires and vacuum lines to be snaked into the car. The rubber piece however is not in the hole, thus allowing for water to get in that way, if it leaks in the front(I think it does, but I could be wrong).

You could check those places I mentioned, perhaps you have the same problems I do.
