Doing a TBI swap with an 8746 ecm pin c9 crank input, is this from the starter or is there a sensor that mounts on the crank for this.
Since this is for the fuel pump can I bypass it with a momentary relay, or is it a steady on signal?

It's only hot when cranking. You can connect to the starter or anywhere along the purple wire from the ignition switch. Should have a 3 amp inline fuse.
