I was thinking...ifyouremove the door skinfrom a montecarlo door...is it the same as an el camino door? I know monte doors can fit on the el camino, so I was wondering if I could get some okay monte doors and replace the skins to put on my el camino

I put Monte carlo parts on a Elcamino and had to cut the bottom body line into the quarter panel as the elcamino quarter panel only had one.

The inner sheetmetal of the door is basically the same. The flanges where it attaches to the door skin are shaped and bent to match the door skin.

Also the later doors had the door lock knob further towards the front of the car in an easier to reach spot. Same with the mirrors moving forward so they could be better used.
