Old 305 and th-350 out in -first day
new 350 and new th 350 in -second day
starter in and muffler/intake connected, wiring -third day
Im taking the super bowl weekend off to rest my back

The new engine started rough Monday afternoon due to some timing issues however after some tweaking was running great in the evening, we had a cold morning in Austin and the Jet needed some fast idle adjustment this morning , however it purrs now and the new TCI transmission seems to be shifting great also..it will need some small things worked out im sure.
What a journey....

Oh don't be jealous i have a few problems, for example i put the speedo gear drive from the old trans in the new trans and it just clicks and reads nothing on the speedo gauge, I do know its a 10 tooth gear drive that it needs, so i have to pull that out and go from there, having troubles with the dipstick not being long enough? and my OEM temp sending unit from the 305 wont fit its to small so i got one for a 350 and it just glows dim at all times? maybe a adapter so i could use the original.
Any help or advice would be appreciated, other than that it drives great w/ more power potential.
To the jealous ones i would say i worked off what little bit of a ass i have left on this car, :nanawrench:
why does it look like there is a small oil filter behind the normal one? looks great good luck .
