Very cool! Nice work on the house restorations and on the camino.

Do you happen to know the size of those side pipes? Are they the 70" or 80" length?

Very nice looking ride you have there. I like that color. I'll bet painting all those lines takes a ton of patience.

Lookin' good!! You have been busy!!
My first Elco was a '73. Bought it in Texas when I flew co-pilot in a Grumman Albatros down there for the owner. It was two years old, and very clean, and the same color as yours it seems.

Mine was red . Now it's razzberry (faded red) !! It has 14" on front, 15" on back, they are twice as wide. I will get precise tire size and measure my sidepipes (from tip to engine) today & post back. I intend to put in a set of race mufflers to bring the pipe ends to the rear tires.
I will travel to a job if they would pay my rate and per-diem ($50 hr + $30 diem) + travel. Keep an eye open for old museums, b&b's, goverment buildings with alot of trim in need of help (I give 5% of labor $$ to the finder).
18 months in the Elkyzone, & I'm still interested, I planning a 5 year dd frameon resto (2 year to fix, 1 year to upgrade, 1 year on bodywork, 1 year to paint). I had trouble starting & had my battery checked -7.7 volts 240 amps-. I now own a Interstate 850 cca battery. Holy s**t the car is a terror now at 12v, lol. It cured the distributor flutter and the offtheline hesitancy, and my stereo distortion. 30+ horses back in the Elkybarn. I feel like I won the Elky lottery!! :nanawrench:
