Hi guys, I'm new to the site and was running the search last nite. I didn't get many hits on big brakes or corner carving style suspension. I'm in the process of switching over to late model vette brakes and nascar style truck-arm rear suspension. Are you guys interseted in the blow-by-blow details of this or are we more geared toward resto/drivers? I post quite a bit on pro-touring.com, a good source of this type of info, those guys are high $$$ budget though. Thanks for putting together such a great site.

Post it up. I'm currently looking at doing C5 Corvette calipers with C4 Corvette rotors on my 82.

Some people here are resto/drivers, some are mod-it-till-it-cries and some are in bewteen.

I'll keep you all informed as I go. I am getting ready to fit the C5 rotors(slotted) and C5 calipers to the front on f body spindles. The rear is just a bolt on deal, same 13" rotors and C5 calipers.

Please keep us informed. I have a 5th Gen Elky and am very interested in improving the handling and braking. I've looked at that Hot Rods to Hell rear suspension and been thinking about it. The only thing I don't like about it is that it looks kinda..well "trucky". Your brake mods are great and I'm hoping to do something similar but cheaper.
