My 1980 Caballero Diablo has the optional two speed windshield wipers with variable time delay. They are working fine, but the pause position of the wipers when on delay is up about 15 degrees from the bottom and almost in my line of sight.

Does anyone know if the pause position of the delay wipers can be adjusted?
