Whats a good color for a under carkit for a silver el camino that will be silver w/ black raceing stripes when i repaint it?

Hmm... I am not sure, I wouldn't put a light kit on my car, seems too "Fast and the Furious-esque" for my tastes. However I think Neon Green would go well with a black paint job. Silver I don't know. I would imagine a Red or Blue might be nice looking. But then again on an El Camino one has wonder just how good that would look.

when it comes to paint Purple goes well with Silver and black, if its a darker purple like a Metallic paint. I am also one that thinks that light kits on cars / or trucks are unnecessary but hey, everyone has their likes and dislikes. Its your truck and it needs to reflect the image you wish.

Pleeze don't stick those skate wheels and tires on it that does look pretty weak on anything especially a truck.

the black lights might look decent. but i'm with everybody else, i wouldn't put them on an elky.

those lights look pretty good on older cars. there was an older guy at the local cruise nights that had a late-fifties merc and it was made to look like an old-style cruiser (slightly lowered,had lake pipes coming out the side,moon hubcaps) and he had purple neons under the car. i think it looked cool.

You should look at some of the computer web sites that sell gaming computers with the plexiglass windows and the light kits. I'm sure you could find a metallic silver case and see what the different lights look like against it.

if you wanna put a neon kit on ur silver elky i owuld reccomend the white. yea hwite sounds kinda plain but it looks good on silver, my bro has it o his car which is also silver. blue may look nice but tahst illegal in soem states so you would have to check on that. btw...you can find the best neons on ebay and they're good stuff. that street glow gold series you can find it on ebay for cheap and its the actual brand new product. i would reccomend it.
