I have a 200 out of a 85 cadillac for $100.00. I m not sure which modle it is. It does have ovedrive. I am in Central Florida so I am sure that's no help to you but the reason I posted is that I was going to put this in my 86 Elcamino that no longer had a ECM and my transmission guy told me he could make the lock up work on a mannual switch and it wasn't necessary to have the ECM when wired that way. Maybe one of the other modles will work for you in case you didn't know that. Good luck.
