A micrometer would work best. If you don't have one, use an adjustable wrench. Open the adj. wrench to the point where it slips over the sway bar, then use a tape measure to measure the gap in the wrench.

The F41 is 32mm or 1 1/4 inch. I just got one a few months back and had to order bushings for it.

The end links are the same as your old sway bar. The sway bar diameter is usually in millimeters. If it's a MCSS bar it's probably 32 mm (1.25").

The F-body hollow sway bar fits the G-body too. They come in 34 mm and 36 mm. They have a slight bend in the center of the bar where the 32 mm G-body bar is straight in the center. They are a bit lighter than the MCSS 32 mm bar too.

A micrometer would work best.

I guess sometimes a yardstick is better.
