I'd like to extend an invitation to Otto's BBQ to all ECC members who would like to attend.

I'll be driving my El Camino down there, and i hope to get to drool over a few more!

My suggestion is to get there a little early as spots tend to fill up quick. Be sure bring a folding chair, there's a lot of sittin' around and swapping lies going on at this meet usually.

Welcome to the Forums, Graham. Thanks for supporting Jake's efforts to bring the Houston members together for car shows. We had 12 members and non-members who came to the Get-Together back in March, and who said that they would support each other at car shows from that time on. I certainly am proud that at least 2 of those gathering folks are being true to their word. Where are the others? Will some more of them step up...............Ken :beer:

I made the meet but didn't meet up with any other Elky owners other than the police officer providing security (!?) for the event who's rebuilding an '83. I saw a black Elky when I was leaving parked at the end of the lot, don't know if that was Jake's or not. There were around 30 or 40 other vehicles there.
Maybe see more members next time.

Hey Graham, sorry i had some other things come up last Saturday, however i'll be there next month, actually they are there every Saturday, but i believe the third Saturday of every month there is a good turn out for the 'monthly' meet there at otto's it's not huge, but it's a good little meet hoping to get more elky owners out there, and yeah the officer there has a Conquista, he's a pretty nice guy.

No problem, will put it in my diary and try and make it in July.

Sorry I was out of town for the other meets, but plan to be there on June 5. Look for a balck '71 SS.

I'll be out on the beach this weekend, but perhaps the following weekend, like i said the third Saturday of every month is a good shot for a "monthly meet" another group i know Dodge Talk does a meet every third Saturday, and it usually turns out pretty good.

so June 19th!! i'll start a thread on it.

Will try and make it on June 19th.

Hey yall. I haven't been on this site in awhile as I've been finishing up with school, but good to see you guys are still meeting up. I'll be back in Texas in a month, so hopefully I get a chance to hit up Ottos one weekend.
