I'm in need of an oil pan. Ahh! but here's the twist. I need one for a 1986 that has a 4.3 262 V6. I have searched high and low and can't find but one, and it's on e-bay for 37 bucks and i will have to pay an additional 41 dollars on top of that for shipping. 78 bones is way more then i want to pay for this item. El Camino store online doesnt even carry one. :( Any assistance will be met with a huge cyber hug and a thank you! :)

From what i can tell the oil pan from an s-10 will not work. Im not 100% sure. Try this website and see if any junkyards near you list any. I found several near me for 50 bucks or less.

No an s-10 oil pan wont work and actually yes 4.3s are a dime a dozen but the issue is the oil pan for the camino is a special one it seems :P Ill check that site thank you.

Site came up with no results so it sent my requests to some salvage yards hopefully it will redeem some results.

yes, ive tried summit, jegz i even work at an advance auto and the only one i can find is the one on ebay or a performance low pro oil pan that im not even sure will work and its pretty pricey
