Hi all. I was wondering if someone could help me with the numbers that I found on the block under the alternator area on my 1970 Elky SS 396. Here are the numbers 0013T0408CTW. The 3 was very lightly stamped so it could be a 3 or possibly an 8 or maybe even a 6. From what the original owner told us, it was a NOS warranty long block that was put in when the original block went bad.

Any help in decoding it would greatly be appreciated since the books that I have do not have any listing for these numbers.
