Well I have spent about 2 hours a day the last 2 days maching and grinding prepping the spindles and hubs. If you click my link and veiw page 3 it is dedicated to this conversion. Tommorrow I'll have a pic showing the whole thing together(not on the car though). Just thought I'd keep those interested informed. BTW- I only have about 150 invested so far and all I need are the brackets and calipers-maybe another 250.00. Not bad for a kit that runs over 1300.00 from Baer.

Looks like an intresting project. Say I waz noticing that you said you went to the hardware store and bought some socket head screws for Lugs?
If that is right then were they a grade 8?

Are those rotors that machined down to use as a hub? From the description on your site that's what it sounds like.

Yeah. I cut off the main part of the rotor with a die grinder and cut off wheel, them fininshed them up on the brake lathe with the bits tuned around to cut in instead of out. Took about an hour to them both, though I'm still blowing grinding dust boogers.FYI I'm using black oxide hex cap screws for wheel studs, they way exceed grade 8 ratings, cost almost a buck each for a frikin bolt.
