Tommy 03-25-2004, 06:21 PM I replaced my stock u joints( drive shaft) the other day. They are held in with nylon(plastic) keepers. If you try to press them out it can be a bear. A friend of mine pulled out a torch & melted out the nylon. After that you don't even need a press, just pop them out with a small hammer.
