Already did. Yeah, it nice around here. It's really a 4x4er's dream, there is about every type of 4x4ing with in a hour every direction from me, rocks, mud, trails, sand...ect. Lots of history up here also. Been up here about 3 years now. I like it.

If it snows, it melts off with in a day or 2. It's the 100+ degree days in the summer that gets me. 90 days or more of melting keeps me inside with the A/C cranked up.
