Non Computer Rochester Quadrajet body # 17083224

Bought a carburetor to learn how to rebuild mine and since I have it torn apart I thought someone might want some of these parts.

Brass Float, Pivot Pin, Plastic Insert, Float Needle and clip.
Tested the Float in water and appears to have NO leaks.
$5 plus shipping.

Electric Choke. Not sure but I think it is good. Spring inside is unbroken and I got 12v when I connected it to a battery. $5 plus shipping.

Idle speed solenoid. In good condition and it works fine. $5 plus shipping.

Primary and Secondary Metering Rod assemblies. Seemed to move fine in the jets and they don't look damaged at all. Primary has both of the springs. $5 plus shipping.

Misc rods, connectors, Accelerator Pump shaft, etc. $5 for all plus shipping or $1 for individual items.

I've got the body parts but not sure how good they are. let me know if you are interested in something else.

1983, Federal emission, Chevy, last digit being an even number usually indicates automatic tranny.
Why not put all the parts in a baggie, put every piece and screw in a box and sell the whole thing? Maybe somebody could actually use it if they had the whole thing.
Used and complete parts quadrajets go anywhere from $10 - $40 on evil-bay unless it is off something rare like a ram air Pontiac.

OH, I would sell the whole thing for $20 plus shipping. Just didn't think to mention it. Thought someone might need just the choke or other part. Not really that big a deal either way. Had fun with the rebuild and my re-done carb runs great.

If it's still available I definitely want the idle speed solenoid at that price
( assuming that it's a 1 prong connector).
