Has anyone changed a regular rear end for a Posi?
Is it worthwhile for a normally driven Elky? Don't drag(at this time), just enjoy blowing past unsuspecting Vettes, and Porsches.

So I take it you finally got it dialed in? Any disappointments, aside from the non posi I mean. I really need to get back on mine....

I have done the change from one wheel peeler to a posi . I use to have a one tire fire 2:73 and changed it to a posi with 3:73 gears . Makes all the difference in the snow and rain even with the lower gear ratio. I use to sit at lights when it was raining and spin and spin with the one wheel , now after the initial spin the other tire grips and I am gone.

Sounds like it might be a good change. I would like to go with a 2.73 or so for Highway economy. Got enough power for local stop ligh drags, a little passed that anyway(and all the cops know me...).
