Anybody interested in going to Biff's this coming Friday Aug. 7 :beer: SAY YES !!! I ain't sick no mo ..... I wanna get out and see some El Camino's and especially my old friends and make some new friends .... And , would anybody be interested in wanting to get together at one of our local Sonics some nite and Baffel the public during the Summer ? let me know what nite would be good for everybody and which Sonic :poke: I think it would be too cooool to see a bunch of El Camino parked at a drive - in like the old days or there is another drive - in in Universal City called Kris's thats prety lite up and real easy to get to , think about it ... Let's do something all together while we still have the summer .... any and all El Camino's Come on Down , be there or be Square ..... don't worry about your paint job, wash it , clean the windows and spray the tires , just getting together for fun and grins thats all that matters :nanawrench: ... Lets see 411 gears, 396 big block, 5 hours and 5 days, oh about a grand. Toyota powered this trip. I don't quit have my all together, together yet. But i don't want to put some ugly muggs with the names:poke:
I need an idea of a good place to stay, somethng decent (gotta make the wife happy)
I plan on doing the Sea World thing, the Feista thing, the river walk and see the Alamo.
Any ideas

:beer: Hey Donney , so what you have 4:11 gears , read the map my brother , from Dallas to San Antonio it all down hill and the gas is cheaper down here :nanawrench: ..... Hey Donney look up the Comfort Inns they're pretty cheap and have some nice rooms with FREE breakfast , I know this when I went to Florida to buy Zonks 85 Camino and drove it back home and stayed at the Comfort Inn's .... I f you can find something on I-35 North you will be on the main hwy's and easy to get to all the Tourista traps down here .... when you get down town you can ride the Trolley buses downtown for just some change and they will take you everywhere down town at different stops ..... so I guess your Renting a cruiser , right ..... let me know , OK :beer:

Not sure on renting a cruiser? We're taking the wifes ride. Thanks for the heads up on the Comfort Inn and the location.
I'll post a firm date by the week end and I hope we can hook up. I missed the south Texas get together so I'd really like to meet some of you people (not really, I just wanta check out your Elko's!!:poke:)
