i just purchased a 350 from a friend for $200.00, along with the motor i got a brand new set of keith black 30 over pistons, an engine stand, some headers, and some corvette heads of a 62 327. i got a deal. now in a few months i'll start the building process. :D

I think I got you up one I got a complete elky parts car with a 350 in it for free. My mom boyfriend sold me my elky and when the engine went out he gave this parts car which he quit driving after the frame broke on it.

hey I want to know where I can get a friend like that. However I still like my motor from the 79 Impala that I bought for $350 and than sold the shell of the car for $100 so overall the motor and tranny cost $250. I am one happy elky man.

i purchased a CHevy 350 and turbo 350 with a driveshaft and rearend out of a S10 from a guy for 100 bucks for it all. the sbc ran to and the tranny works like a charm.

When I have the money, I think I'll get a ZZ4 create motor. Kinda hard to beat that deal.

GREAT DEAL! Don't make the mistake of rebuiding the heads and putting in your long block only to find out there's no accesory holes! DOH! Seen it done a couple times before. :(

Great deal though, I need to spring for a decent engine stand soon. Get to building! (or rebuiding)
