:beer: Hey Bryan , I got the OK to go back to being NORMAL again by my Dr. the Neuro-surgeon yesterday :nanawrench:he said my neck has healed up quicker than he expected :nanawrench: so I can go back to driving my hot rods and ridding my bike again ..... he just said be carefull and don't go around bumping my head or shaking my head like a bobble head when I'm out and about YIPEEEE .... SO anyway me and Mrs. Geezer ( Lisa ) are heading out to Biff's tonight see old friends and make new ones .... Hope to see some of the El Camino folks there tonight :beer: .... got to go do some Honey-do's today before tonight .... Hey 67 Elk , the property is in a subdivision called Aspen Springs V about 8 miles from Pagosa Springs .... me and my sister inherited the property when my parents passed away back in 1995 or 1996 ... we have been paying the taxes ever since and keeping them up to date ..... we're just tired of paying taxes on land we won't use in this life time .... their two lots are side by side on a cul-de-sac rd. and both lots together are 5.12 acres ...... if you want some more info shoot me an email and I can send pictures rrperez7517@satx.rr.com ..... the land has NO LIENS OR STRINGS ATTACHED it has a free and clear deed ( title ) .....
