I order a sending unit through genesis autoparts, they sent me a different sending unit than i ordered and said i f i would like to exchange it i must pay return shipping plus shipping for correct item and then pay a 20% restocking for for the incorect item and pay whats left for the corect item. After all of that i will have spent about $100 dollars for a cheap chinese sending unit. there customer service was worthless and i am not even gonna mess with return the item anymore because all of their BS that they call comunity service. There fore i will be geting a 1acdelco sending unit that I wont have to deal with BS about. I do not recommend trying to save money by ordering from this worthless company and it say stick to the people you know will treat you right

I've never heard of them (no wonder) and I can understand your frustration...but if you had fully read their return policy, (I looked it up) it stated exactly what they did to you. It's really not your fault, that you weren't aware of or didn't read their return policy...we've probably all at one time or another done the same thing...we see something we need and then act upon it without reading the whole thing...especially website companies. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and never buy from them again and also alert others of their lousy customer service. I looked up a review of them on Bizrate and about 50% of the customer reviews on Genesis Auto Parts were poor ratings. Companies like this really have nothing to lose when it comes to bad customer service and getting a bad reputation...they can change their name overnight and sometimes operate under several different names on the internet. It's a Buyer Beware world out there so read everything!

that kind of crap makes me sick. i would stick with the 2-3 good large companies or keep it local if poss. sometimes i would rather spend the extra 5 bucks rather than get aggravation. carl

Can't agree more with CF! For me I only shop with big name companies or people that contact me like on ebay. I will not shop with little stores, because I hear to many bad stories with people on different forums shopping with companies I never heard of.
