OPG has them. $104. Part no. TC66400. This one comes with the support bows and is snap on type. There should be contact info under vendors on this site.

Need to be mindful of the position of the snaps on your bed. My brother's '81 Elky has bed snaps in positions that are different from my '82. Mine had the top side rails added later in life so a "stock" cover would not work. That necessitated adding a few new snaps to the body which meant I had to have a custom cover made at a local upholstery shop. Price wasn't too bad ($139) and I got my choice of color and no seams.
