This type of air jack is in use here in Canada by some Emerg Response teams to raise flipped cars for casualty evacuation.
Have also seen the Military use larger units to recover WW2 aircraft out of a Norwegian lake by strapping under the wings and inflating to raise from the depths after 45 years. Quite an interesting thing to watch.

Would it work on duel exhaust with a crossover?

Would it work on duel exhaust with a crossover?
DonnyThink about that real carefully...if you hold your hand against one side of the exhaust (be careful you don't burn your paw) where does the exhaust now go? Should you buy this, probably not, is it safe, probably not...I don't think I'd want 3200+lbs over my head being held up by a balloon filled with carbon monoxide. Yes, Emergency Responders and the Military do use similar things, but those are commercial/industrial grade and in a emergency situation where an overturned vehicle is on top of someone, it's better and faster than waiting for a crane to show up.

Did I think it would work? No, but I thought I'd ask.
And I stick 2 jacks stands and the spare under the car just to change the tire!!:poke:
But the way you said it sounds like fun.:nanawrench:

I've seen those guys on the tow truck show on speed channel use them to put big rigs back on there wheels... I don't think it will serve your elky any good.

Looks cool. Just plug the other dual exhaust tube while inflating the jack. Is there a check valve in the jack? If the car stalls from to much back-pressure will the jack :cruch: let the load come down on your foot? :dontknow:
