I have 60/40 manual seats. I can find no release lever or anyway to release the seat back and tilt forward. I looked at the outside hinge point but no lev er. Could someone have removed it????? It will move some when jiggled back and forth.

My 1980 didn't have any. Just had to pull it slowly forward so seatbelt would not lock up. I had the 60/40 also.
