i would mesure the lenght of each if they are the same your gold if the 350 is longer i would have the car towed to a specialty shop and have them cut and balance it

There are two different length 350 turbos, one is 27 11/16ths and the other is 30 11/16ths overall...I'm not sure what the length of a 200 is...but if it's the same length as the 350 your using then the driveshaft that you have should be fine. I believe they are the same length but don't quote me,,,the 200 is nothing more than a lighter version of a 350

Look here: http://www.transmissioncenter.net/TransmissiomMeasurements.htm

If you have a 6" tailshaft on your 350 you should be good. If you have a 9" or 12" tailshaft it would probably be easier & cheaper to get a 6" tailshaft than to change or shorten your driveshaft.

FYI
You have to disassemble the tranny to change the tail shaft. The tail shaft housing matches the length of the output shaft. Much cheaper and easier to shorten the driveshaft.

Umm, did you measure it? I had my driveshaft shortened and balanced for $85.
