Dropped the EC off at the speed shop this afternoon for a new Eaton posi and a 3.55 Richmond gear. I'm thinkin' this ought to add a little more punch, not to mention increase my trips to the ol' gas station. This is one of those cases where I let my "wants" override my "needs" as far as the car is concerned. What I "need" is to start working on my interior. Oh well, maybe next month! :lol:

Now that I've had a couple of days to break in the posi and gear, I must say that I LIKE IT! The gear has really brought the car to life and the posi has given me traction that I didn't think was possible. From a standing start when you plant your foot it just squats and goes. Very little wheel spin and no wheel hop at all. I'm sure that the air bags make a big contribution to this as well. Now, about that gas mileage... :?

Now it's time to get that small daily driver! :)
