I am doing a ground up 65 and put in new stock front springs and 2" drop spindles.
I thought something was wrong when I put the engine in the chassis the front did not drop any. Then I set the body on and it only went down a inch. When I try to bounce the front end it only moves about an inch.
Did I get the wrong springs or do I need to order 2 " lowar springs.
It just seems too stiff.. The a arm bolts are loose and new poly bushings.

Are you sure the springs are seated in the pockets correctly?

yep it's assembled right.
I found that camaro springs have the same load specs but are 2 in shorter. Will try them.
