WOW, what a find...let me just whip out my checkbook! Actually this has been on Ebay a couple of times before...pics haven't changed, I think there's even less pics now...you'd think that at $1.6 mil there would be a whole lot of pics of the cars on the property. Is it real? I don't know. I seem to remember a story about it on the internet about 5 years ago. You would need an Army of people to identify, catalog, warehouse, box, and ship items. Lets all pitch in some money all buy this place. And then hire all of the folks on this forum to run it. We would all be share owners. Of course I do not think it is worth what he is asking far it. It would be neat if some one that is close to this place could go and look it over.

NO one has bid yet? Hmmmm. That's a lot of money to try and recover and it might be because most of those "classic cars" are either rust buckets or not really classics. A '71 Grand Ville? Wow! A Bradley kit car with the VW engine! How could you go wrong?

Here's what we do!

We all chip in $20 for DDD and woody bail fund. That makes us all partners in the video rights. Then we post the video online with a $5/view fee. Video will include our heroes getting busted and beat silly by texas DPS (what they call their state police). We make $1.7 million, buy all the parts, and store them at donny and woodys houses, since they will be in hospital/jail. We'll just tell the wives they said it was ok. Then we divide the parts evenly into the same number of lots as there are partners, and draw numbers out of a hat to see who gets what.

(with the extra $100K, we have a party in memory of pinkomino and lumpy, who have been impounded and crushed by the time we get this far.)

Thanks for that great link. Who would buy a junk yard for that amount of money with the way the country is going these days. Perhaps the Hemming family would be interested since I think they are up in that area. Michael
