Cadillac Flower Car. I think they start out as a four door and an aftermarket company would cut it up and insert the bed, roof, and back window as a unit. If you look close at the picture you can see the rear door lines. I'd love to get my hands on a 70 Cadillac flower car with a 472. The 472 was rated at 375 HP. What a wild El Cadmino!
