Unfortunately, most of the needed parts for 4th gen elkies ('76/77) are made out of unobtanium!
Arizona and Nevada (rust free parts) are your friends! lol

:Welcome!: and good luck.

(if you see a pink el camino, don't panic. It really does exist. Driven by a big silly.)

What parts are you looking for. I have many new NOS parts and many used parts for 73-77 Caminos. You can email me directly at bkissel at chartermi.net or PM me your email address.

I would be glad to help if I can.

Tyler,
As has been said around here many times, 4th Gens are the step children for parts. As I was building mine I scoured MANY junk yards, ebay, and talked regularly with Rick at EC parts, http://www.ecparts.net/index.html . He is an ECC member, owner of several 4th Gens, and they have quite a collection of new & repro parts.
Good Luck, post pics, the site will be a wealth of info.

So, everything, then?:dontknow:

As said before, the 4th gen is the hardest to find restoration parts for. Just because it's hard, does not mean it's impossible. Best thing to do is make a list of the parts you need in the immediate future, and post it in our parts wanted section. You never know what someone may have in the back corner of the garage. I've owned 3 4th gens over the years, and I still have a few parts left.

ebay, craigslist, and racingjunk.com are good resources to check out, too.
