Hello to all. This is my first post so I don't have the hang of things yet. I have an 81 El Camino that's a pretty fair un-restored daily driver. It came with a mildly worked 350 and runs nice & is the most fun vehicle I have had in my 67 years. I like to go to shows & take pictures. Thanks to Poltergeist for the gang of tips he posted a while back that is on one of the pages I have been browsing. There is a link in my signature to with a lot of pics I took at the show in Wildwood NJ in '08 & 10. Mine is in the fist batch at the end. OK all for now. Cheers

Welcome to the site, Shakes, from another Wildwood NJ summer inhabitant back in the 50's. I actually worked on the Boardwalk at a stand during the day, and visited a lot of the clubs after dark. What a fun place to ruin my innocence! Hope you like it here and post often.

Glad you have joined us Shakes

very nice looking ride... I particularly like your interior. You are lucky to be using it daily and you certainly take good care of her.

Hope I didn't send this twice...I am a block & a half off the river and from the end of my street the bridge is right there. The bridge entrance is 4 miles from my door. When these roads clear up maybe we can get together?

Yeah sounds like a great idea, I will have to let my other friend from the area know and maybe we can set something up

Hi mikeselky85. Hope I'm not violating any club policy for newbies with this question. My truck originally had a 3.8 V6. I bought it with the 350 in there now but it is one-legged. We have Halladay's Salvage here in Salem NJ but they don't have a 10 bolt posi say 3.90 or as low as in the 3.50's. Are there any yards over your way that maybe would have one? Thanks.
