Ok Guys, here's the deal. My car is going into the shop to get the body smooth and painted. I want to paint it flat black like an old hot rod and smooth out the bumpers and trim. Does anyone else like that? Also I have dark blue interior and think that since it is dark it would look ok but to bring the outside in I also thought that getting all new carpeted components in black including the headliner. Gimmie some suggestions guys. Everyone I know doesn't like it. :cry:

I could live with the flat black, kinda' like a "rat rod", and you'd probably want some kind of red wheel to go with that?
Don't much care for the idea of all black carpeted interior.
It's your ride, do what you can live with.

I don't care for the flat black too much either BUT the red whee combo like dan mentioned sounds nice. 15x8 rallys with small cop car centers is my choice. I can see where you're going with it. :thumbsup:

The interior...I guess it's one of those things I'd have to see. At the car show this weekend I saw a light purple carpeted interior that I didn't care for but took a picture of it and showed a friend who loves it. Different strokes 4 different folks.

Of course if you chopped the roof too...... :)

Well....You would save on a lot of car wax products, but then again your lack of wax on wax off won't help you in your martial arts skills. :cool:
