Hello to all El Camino enthuist! I'm new to this forum, and I hope I'm not turned away because of yet, I do not own an El Camino. However, I've wanted a 1972 since I was eighteen years old. I'm now 51 and have finally started serioursly looking for one. I've seen everything from $1000 junkers, to $65,000 total frame off restorations. Hopefully I can find something in between! I did see one go on E-Bay for 11g's and how I wish I had made a bid. A true 72 SS w/ bucket seats and power windows. Beautiful Elke. Anyhow, I hope to own one soon, so if anyone out there knows where I can find my dream car, please let me know. I'm an airline pilot, so I can pretty much fly anywhere to pick it up!

You don't have to own anything to ask questions, hang out, or whine about the weather (I do that a lot). You can even post photos of you sitting in an empty garage stall and that is fine too!

Welcome Tim! What took you so long??? Find the Elky of your dreams and start making up for lost time. Just make sure it was never titled here in the rust capital, Massachusetts. Good luck on the search.
