My power steering has been squeaking and turns out the belt is loose. While attempting to adjust the belt tension I noticed that the adjustment nut on the back of the pump is gone. Thank you Midas!

Does anyone know the correct size and thread pitch for this nut, so I can go to the hardware store and pick up a replacement?

Ouchers.......I am unknowing on the size off the top of my head.
I usually just take 2 different size washers....and nuts from 1/4 up to 1/2 and
crawl under with the magnetic socket rack with ratchet....unless it's metric and
then it's 6 to 12.

see if you can rob 1 off the other brackets that fits,,at least youll have something to go by..:texas:

I'm pretty sure it is metric, but I can't remember the size. I know I had to go to the store to buy one.
