I want to let everyone know that the Sun and Palm Tree design that we have been working on has been chosen by NECOA as the official Region 6 , Florida shirt . There was an earlier mix up and we thought that we would submit a second design for consideration but the design is official and will be available soon for purchase by the membership . Those members that attended the recent Nat`l. Muscle Car Show in Bradenton were treated to a free shirt , designed and made by Glenn from members input . The Directors received a very nice one of a kind shirt with a photo our our El Camino and our name on the shirt ; again , compliments of Glenn , aka Hot Camino that were well received and appreciated . The Directors also received a beautiful shirt from Assistant National Director Ken Rogers that traveled from Texas and attended the show with us . Originally the T-Shirt idea came from Tony , Carretera . Skinyfisher , Jay did the original Fl. outline while Randy provided guidance . Necoa should be announcing the availability of the shirts in the coming weeks . Thanks to all of you that offered your ideas and opinions .

The submitted Palm Tree!!! and how do you approve a sketch or preliminary design not submitted by the Region Director for final approval? or voting on.
I will place my 6 shirt order next leap year or just make my own.

I forgot to mention earlier that National Director John Harris is talking with the lady that previously made decals for NECOA . These , along with a few other El Camino items may be available to members in the coming weeks .

I'm just not too sure what this shirt will look like but it'll be great to have a NECOA shirt,I'm looking forward to buying one.Thanks to all for the effort ,much appreciated.

Sorry I do not know how to do the photo or link thing . Hot Camino , Glenn has been the one behind the posting of the design and hopefully he will be able to do it soon . I spoke with him recently and he is very busy working on his motel before our upcoming get together at Super Chevy this weekend . In the meantime , there are a few close designs that were posted in another T-shirt forum in Region 6 showing a Sun with a Palm Tree . Perhaps someone that was at the NMCA Show a couple of weeks ago that maybe took some photos of the shirt and can post them here ?

i thought we narrowed it down to 2 designs at bradenton, then vote as a region before it was submitted for approval at the national level.

i'm ok with it though, i wanted the sun and palm trees to win
