Stick your finger in the cig hole and lift up a little it should come out. That is what I have to do to mine.

The cig lighter should not be holding the radio bezel on. It just clips in from the back. Maybe get a small flat head screwdriver and work you way around the bezel to get it to come off. I bet it is just hard to come off. Mine just came off after I took the 4 screws out.

If it is stuck on the cig lighter, you may be able to "unscrew" the lighter from tht front. Depends on the specific lighter you have in there, but many have a barrel that unscrews. Stick your finger in there and apply counterclockwise pressure to see if it starts to move. May just spin, but worth a try.
