Saturday May 21. 10:00 a.m. Meet at I-5 and Encinitas Blvd., in the parking lot at the Northwest corner where the Shell Gas station and Wendy's are. SoCal Elk 05-04-2011, 11:06 AM Here's the itinerary for the drive. 10:00 a.m meet at the Shell station at I-5 and Encinitas Blvd. (northwest corner). 10:15: Leave for Julian, stopping at Dudley's, arriving for lunch in Julian around 12:00. 1:00: Leave for Pine Valley via Sunrise Hwy., arriving for the last hour of the "Run to the Hills" car show. Total round trip is a little less than 160 miles, and 5 1/2 hours. This is a TERRIFIC drive with lots of fun road, places to stop and great scenery plus a car show at the end! DO NOT miss this one!
