There will be a good show in Hurst on Sunday, May 8th, from 1 PM until 5 PM. The promoter of this show is also the person making the trophies for the Belton event. I encourage all North Texicans who can to make this auto show. I'll be there if the repairs are successful on my Elky, and if I can make it back from Plano's Monthly Muscle show the night before. Several of the western members in the Metromess have encouraged me to let them know of events local to them - HERE IT IS!...........Ken :beer: :texas:
May 8 / Sunday / 1 pm – 5 pm Hurst, Texas
Car, Truck and Bike show at Tio's Mexican Restaurant. The show will be held at the Tio's Location at 1121 W. Pipeline Rd,. Hurst, TX. The car classes are as follows; Muscle Car, Street Rods & Roadsters, Import Car, Open Car, and Convertible, Pre 50's Car, 50's Car, 60's Car, 70's Car, 80's Car, 90's Car, 00's Car, The Truck Classes are; Pre 60's Truck, 60's Truck, 70's Truck, 80's Truck, 90's Truck, 00's Truck, Open Truck, and last but not least the Motorcycle class, for a total of 20 classes with 1st and 2nd place awards in each class. The entry fee is still only $10 with registration from 1-2p.m. Voting starts around 2p.m. and awards will be around 4:30-5p.m. There will be "Best of Show" Awards for the Car, Truck, classes, There will be a 50/50 pot and plenty of food and music.
