some great cars this year again - these are my favorites. the last car on here was 'best of show' and if you saw it with your own eyes you'd see why; it is an awesome car. and that HEMI isn't a GASSER, it's a FUNNY CAR from back in the day when funny cars were funny CARS. it was WAY cool.

Great job on the video Ed . :You_Rock: There were some spectacular rides at the show . Lots of different stuff , food and drinks were good and convenient and for the most part the music was good . Good to meet Jess and talk with other interested people about our rides . Our plans got changed around but we had a great time and the steak house next door was excellent . We sure missed Neil and made a toast to both him and the members that were attending the Belton Show in Texas ! I have never seen the Love Bugs so thick ( worse than the Eustis Show ) . The awards ceremony had to be moved inside as the resturant was soooooo bad with the bugs , they stopped serving food . They were horrible coming down the east coast of Fl. on I 95 till I got half way between Stuart and Melbourne . Had to stop at the rest area to wash down and the gallon of water I carry had to be refilled several times to do it . If felt bad for other motorists that were trying to fill little 8 oz. water bottles to wash them off so we washed off a number of them . I could have made some money washing windshields . Windshield washes were totally ineffective . How did the Saran wrapping the front ends work for you others ? Got to see that beautiful red 62 Chevy at the show pass me and wave hello on the highway coming down south . It was cloudy in Palm Beach and only saw the Space Shuttle`s con trail . Yes , I got up early enough to see it and no , I do not snore , just ask Jay . Understand that those that stayed saw about 20 seconds of liftoff before it went into the clouds . The ride down the Fl. Keys was a beautiful one and stopped to take a few photos of my Camino , hopefully for next years NECOA calendar .

saran wrap is the trick of the year, i'm going to start packing it in the car every spring! after about 20 miles i was thru them and had no more all the way home to the west coast
