ok someone stole my pretty 85 el camino on 22" rims. i got it back but the fools stole my system i had in it. so when they snatched the radio out they snatched all the wires out. my question is how do i install the new radio i have if there are no old original wires to start from. can someone help please.

Sorry to hear your car got stolen, dem bastads:mad2:! If you bought a new system it should have some instructions to help you out. If not, Google the brand and model number of the unit you have, and the words "installation instructions", and I bet you can find them online.:beer:

You will need to find a power & ground (usually red & black) wires to install. If they r gone , you will need to wire them from your fusebox from the radio location. There is also a yellow constant power wire for the preset stations. Crawl under there with a flashlight and find out whats left.
