Redoing my sunvisors now...and was quoted 40 dollars PER visor...even if I give them the vinyl...it just seems too high. I know I can get new cheaper than that.

I really want to have the visors covered in vinyl, not fabric like the OEM. (All of the new ones look to be covered in fabric)

Do you think that these would bolt up. ( have a guy here locally that has a set out of a 72 dart that a nice gray vinyl....he is out of town for the next two weeks...so I can't check for myself...but from the pictures I have found...it looks like the same GM 3 bolt setup. What do you think?

Welcome to ECC/NECOA Jimmy!

First, it would help if you told us what you are trying to put the visors into. I recently paid $50 to have the visors redone in OEM fabric for my 87 Elky.

Sounds about what I paid a couple years ago too.

Sorry about that...been a lurker for some time doing research.

I have a 1983 El Camino. I can't tell from the picture on the ebay auction...but it looks like that bracket would bolt right up. I have the old visors....so I could possibly use the brackets from it if need be (They are really pitted though)

Anyway, 50 dollars seems like a good deal....like I said, they want 80 bucks and over $100 if they use their own vinyl.

So, that's what I am looking for other options.
