Well another year has passed and we find ourselves back at Carlisle. I've received many calls and emails asking for info so here it is in a nutshell.
Our tent on the field is noted as #8 in the attached document and our space is noted in the red outline. If you have not pre-registered and you do so at the show entrance be sure to register under El Camino Club of America so we get enough people so I don't have to pay for the tent!
Thursday 6/23 -
7:30pm - For those already arrived and wishing to get together for a bite to eat meet in the Comfort Suites lobby
Friday 6/24 -
Spend the day at the GM Nationals.
7:30pm - Informal dinner at the Hanover Grill just down the street from the Comfort Suites at 37 North Hanover Street. The reservation we had at the Market Cross Pub was mysteriously canceled as was the one for our banquet at the Sunnyside. Sunnyside was able to reinstate it but market Cross was not. The Hanover Grill, however, is very good and reasonable with an excellent beer selection, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Saturday 6/25 -
8am-6pm - Carlisle Events will be coming around to judge our vehicles so be sure you're Elky is on it's best behavior!
Noon to 3pm - Voting for "Best Ofs" by El Camino entrants. Please be sure to turn in your ballots to me by 3pm
7:30pm - Banquet dinner at Sunnyside Restaurant and awards presentations from the day's voting. Menu choices and separate checks.
Sunday 6/26 -
9am - Carlisle Events posts class winners from their judging of Saturday
1pm - Parade of winners for those who choose to participate.
